ALL registration fees for private pay students and scholarship students must be paid upon acceptance into the program or prior to the student's first day of class. The NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee for the 2013-2014 academic year is $450. This fee covers the cost of all books for the year. It must be noted that each student is on a different academic path based on their individual diagnostic results.
Private Payments. All monthly tuition payments are due on the 5th of each month in the form of a check, money order or credit card. Parents will be charged $30 for all returned checks. If payments are consistently late or not received at all, it is at the school's discretion to dismiss the child from the program
SB10 Payments and HB1133. SB10 Payments and HB1133 payments are received quarterly. Parents are responsible for any payments not covered by SB10 checks according to the agreement. The parent whose name the check is made payable to should make it a priority to come to the school and sign the check immediately upon notification. The school is not authorized to allow parents to take possession of SB10 or HB1133 checks.
Each child will be charged whether they attend school or are absent from school. If you are enrolled in the program, you will be charged for 36 weeks of school.
A late fee of $1 per minute will be charged when a child is picked up after 2:30 p.m. Parents are responsible for paying late fees when the child is picked up but no later than when they return to school the next morning. This policy will be strictly enforced due to limited staff coverage after 2:30 p.m. If a parent knows ahead of time that they are going to be late, a call is expected, but there will still be a late charge penalty except in extenuating circumstances.
When terminating a contract for a child to withdraw from our program, a 48 hour written notice is required. If school records are needed, the appropriate forms can be acquired from the front desk, completed, and submitted. Forty-eight hours is needed to honor your request. There are no refunds on application fees or registration fees. It is important that parents count the cost prior to paying any application or registration fees.
